Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking The Plate Check – A Personalized Nutrition Review. Please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth and valuable experience: 1. One-Time, Non-Refundable Purchase This is a special, one-time offer available exclusively to Rainbow Recipe Sprint participants. Due to the personalized nature of this service, all purchases are final and non-refundable. 2. Session Scheduling Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule your 30-minute virtual session. All sessions must be scheduled and completed no later than August 15, 2025. After this date, the offer expires and no refunds or credits will be issued. 3. Pre-Session Materials Required To make the most of your Plate Check, you’ll be asked to submit either: A simple 3-day food journal (template provided) or Photos of your meals over 3 typical days These must be submitted at least 48 hours before your session to allow for proper review. Failure to submit may result in rescheduling or cancellation without refund. 4. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your booked session once, with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. 5. Service Scope The Plate Check includes: A one-time, 60-minute virtual session Review of submitted meals Personalized verbal feedback and guidance using the 1-1-2 Method Summary notes or next-step suggestions (if applicable) This service does not include ongoing coaching, written meal plans, or follow-up beyond the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 6.
