My Story
My journey to wellness started with a diagnosis that would turn my world upside down. At 28, after nearly 7 years of worsening symptoms, I was told I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a connective tissue disorder that came with a laundry list of dire predictions: that I’d need neck fusion surgery, might end up in a wheelchair by 50, and should never get pregnant. None of that happened. Instead, I decided to fight back. I invested in therapies, learned everything I could about my condition, and found ways to adapt through diet changes, exercise tailored to my body, reducing my toxic load, and refusing to let my diagnosis define me. Now, at almost 42, I’m living proof that those predictions weren’t my reality.

The 2020 shutdowns brought another turning point. As a hairstylist, I was devastated by being forced to stop doing what I love. That time of stillness, however, introduced me to meditation. At first, I saw it as something to help me personally, but I quickly realized how much the beauty industry could benefit from it. Hairstylists face unique challenges—repetitive motion injuries, toxic product exposure, and unhealthy habits from working long hours. It became clear that with my background and passion for wellness, I could help others in the industry take control of their health.

Wellness has always been part of my life. I started studying nutrition at 15 and became passionate about understanding how our choices impact our bodies. Over the years, I’ve built a coaching approach rooted in real-life trial and error—not just theory or a one-size-fits-all program. My methods come from living this experience every day as a hairstylist with a connective tissue disorder. It’s this personal connection and understanding that sets me apart.
