The feeling that you're
meant for more isn't
a fantasy.
It's a signal.

I've spent over twenty years listening to it, first as a hairstylist, then as a student of body, mind, and craft; and every doorway I walked through eventually led me here.

THE STORY

CHAPTER ONE

Twenty years
behind the chair.

For over two decades I stood behind the chair as a hairstylist and colorist, helping people see themselves again. It's work I put my whole heart into; work that healed me as much as I helped others. But I always sensed it was part of something larger. A pull toward a calling I couldn't yet name.

I'd been practicing various forms of the craft since I was nineteen. Quietly, privately, the way so many of us do. And for years, those two worlds, the stylist and the witch, lived side by side without ever fully meeting.

"I've always felt that I was meant for more. To go beyond the surface and into the stories, histories, and rituals that shape us."

CHAPTER TWO

The turning
point at forty.

A hysterectomy and my 40th birthday cracked something open. I realized that if I didn't start taking real action toward that "more," I never would. So I went back to studying nutrition, mindfulness, movement; the kind of prevention and healing I wished someone had taught me sooner. That journey became my first bridge between wellness and everyday magic.

I earned certifications in meditation, nutrition, and personal training. I invested in a business coach. I prepared to step fully into the legacy I'd been quietly building in my mind for years.

And then the world fell apart. And posting about workouts and healthy eating felt completely hollow. So I did the thing I'd been holding back for decades.

I went public as a witch.

The legacy I'd always known I was meant to build finally showed itself. And this, all of it, is the most connected to myself I have ever been.

THE PHILOSPHY

I

Intention is built, not wished.

"I want more money" is not an intention, it's a wish. A real intention requires you to know yourself well enough to diagnose what's actually in the way, trust your intuition over the script someone else handed you, and build something specific and honest from that place. And the spell doesn't end when the candle goes out. How you show up in the world after, and whether you live in alignment with what you asked for, or quietly contradict it every day...that's where the real magic either holds or dissolves. I teach the whole thing.

II

Rebellion can be quiet, elegant, and deeply kind.

Reclaiming your autonomy doesn't require loudness. Sometimes the most radical act is choosing yourself slowly, deliberately, without apology, and without performing it for anyone else.

III

The mystical and the practical belong together.

Twenty years of certifications and twenty years of craft practice have taught me the same thing from two directions: the body and the spirit are not separate. Neither are science and magic. The work that lasts honors both.
