Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every item you receive. Because our shop includes a mix of made-to-order products, handmade pieces, and curated goods, our return policy varies slightly depending on the type of product you purchased.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS (Apparel, mugs, etc.)

Many of our items are made to order through our print partners. Because these products are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at hello@studiocerissa.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will submit the claim to the print provider and ship a replacement once approved.

HANDMADE ITEMS

Handmade items are crafted in small batches and often one-of-a-kind. For this reason, all handmade items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

If there is an issue:

  • Email us within 7 days

  • Include photos of the packaging and item

We will replace or refund if the issue is due to transit damage or craftsmanship error.

WHOLESALE / CURATED ITEMS

Wholesale items may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if:

  • The item is unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost or stolen.
If a package shows as “in transit” or “delayed,” please contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.

We will always help you file claims when possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Because many items begin production quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been submitted.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays from print providers

  • Supplier shortages

  • Shipping carrier disruptions

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will issue a refund.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the provided payment method

  • Accept responsibility for all charges incurred

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and whether the item is:

  • Made-to-order (POD)

  • Handmade

  • A stocked wholesale item

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

By purchasing from our Site, you agree to those terms, including:

  • No returns/exchanges on POD or handmade items unless damaged

  • Replacement-only for misprints or defects

  • 7-day window to report issues

PROCESSING TIMES

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items

Items such as apparel, mugs, and accessories are produced when ordered.
Typical production time: 2–7 business days
(Varies depending on item, season, and POD production partner.)

 

Handmade Items

Handmade pieces are crafted in small batches.
Typical processing: 2–5 business days

 

Wholesale / Curated Items

Processing time: 1–3 business days

If your order contains a mix of product types, items may arrive in separate packages.

 
SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated transit times begin after processing:

  • US Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: Varies by location (10–30 days)

These are estimates only.
We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates.

 
SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

We offer:

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked delivered but missing:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • File a claim with the carrier

We will assist you with documentation if needed.

 
DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Print provider backlogs

  • Customs processing (international)

These circumstances are outside our control.

 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may incur:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties charged by your country

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

We do not have control over customs charges or delays.
