Shadowcraft: A Witch’s Journal of Descent and Return is a guided shadow work journal rooted in witchcraft, mythology, and depth psychology. This is not a spellbook, and it is not a self-help workbook.

Shadowcraft is an initiatory text—designed to be moved through slowly, returned to often, and lived alongside daily life. It invites the reader into an honest relationship with the shadow: the parts of the self shaped by fear, inheritance, desire, anger, silence, and survival. Structured around twelve symbolic thresholds, the book blends historical context, mythic storytelling, and grounded reflection with guided journaling practices.

Each section leads the reader through descent and integration—without spectacle, bypassing, or performance. The work is introspective, embodied, and deliberately unsensational. Inside, readers will find: A foundation in the history and psychology of shadow work through a witchcraft lens Twelve thematic “doors,” each exploring a core aspect of the shadow and self-reclamation Guided prompts and reflective practices designed for depth, not productivity Daily journal pages to support integration and ongoing practice A closing section that emphasizes return, grounding, and lived wisdom

Shadowcraft is written for witches who value substance over aesthetics, practice over performance, and truth over transcendence. It is suitable for solitary practitioners, experienced readers of shadow work, and those seeking a grounded, non-dogmatic approach to inner work rooted in the craft. This journal does not promise transformation through completion. It offers something more durable: a framework for meeting yourself honestly, again and again, as you change.
