Salon Policies

These policies exist to protect your time and mine. Please read them before booking. A smooth appointment starts with knowing what to expect.
 

Cancellation

Life happens, and I understand that. What I ask for is as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice are received at no charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the booked service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 100% of the booked service.

Late Arrival

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment or an adjusted service that fits within the remaining time. Arriving 30 or more minutes late is considered a no-show.

If you're running behind, please reach out as soon as possible — I'll always do my best to work with you.

No-Shows

A no-show is charged at 100% of the booked service. Clients who no-show more than once will be required to place a deposit on all future bookings before they are confirmed.

Consultations

Consultations are $60 and applied toward your service at the time of booking. If no service is booked following the consultation, the fee is non-refundable. Consultations are required prior to extension services.

Color Corrections & Service Adjustments

No refunds are given on services rendered. If something isn't sitting right, I want to know, and I want the opportunity to make it right. Please reach out within one week of your original appointment date and the adjustment will be made at no additional charge. Requests received after one week will require a new appointment.

Extensions

All extension hair must be purchased through me. This ensures I can stand behind the quality of the product and the result. Extension hair is non-refundable regardless of whether you proceed with the service; if you choose not to book, your hair is yours to keep.

Children & Guests

Guests and children are welcome to wait in the reception area. Please make arrangements for young children who require direct supervision; the salon is not a suitable environment for little ones who need to be watched closely, and it allows me to give you my full attention.

Phones & Devices

Your appointment is your time, and I trust you to use it as you see fit.

The one exception is the Ritual Haircut. This service is designed for full presence, yours and mine. Phones are put away for the duration. If that feels like the right fit for you, I think you'll understand why.
