Service Description
Encompasses any type of highlight and/or lowlight, foils or balayage. Includes haircut, gloss/toner, shampoo & finishing. *This is for updates that are close to what is currently on your hair. For a bigger change, please select the Extended Color Service to avoid the need to reschedule. *Clients who have extremely long or thick hair may be subject to an "extra color" fee of $30 per 15 minutes and/or per bowl of extra color.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booked service. After three late cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. Redo Policy: If you're not satisfied with your haircut or color, corrections will be offered at no charge if you notify me within 7 days of your original appointment. Extensions: No refunds will be given on purchase of hair, even if extensions are not installed. Studio Cerissa will only install extensions ordered and provided by the salon to protect integrity of the client and the hair. Pricing varies by extension method and will be quoted upon consultation.
