Service Description
This is no regular haircut. We start with tea, conversation, and grounding meditation before a single hair is cut. You choose whether or not you'd like to make the first cut, and I'll do the rest. We finish with a relaxing shampoo, hair mask, and scalp massage, complete with frequency therapy, and a blow dry to bring you into your new self. A full cycle of release and renewal. All services will receive one full size, or two travel size, product at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24–48 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the booked service. After three late cancellations or no-shows, a non-refundable deposit will be required to book future appointments. Redo Policy: If you're not satisfied with your haircut or color, corrections will be offered at no charge if you notify me within 7 days of your original appointment. Extensions: No refunds will be given on purchase of hair, even if extensions are not installed. Studio Cerissa will only install extensions ordered and provided by the salon to protect integrity of the client and the hair. Pricing varies by extension method and will be quoted upon consultation.
